Product application:

Application

1 Foreword
During the processing of plastic products, there are friction between the plastic molecules and between the plastic and the mold, that is, internal friction and external friction. Adding appropriate lubricants can reduce internal and external friction, improve the fluidity of the molten material, reduce thermal decomposition, and improve the surface finish of the product. According to the mechanism of action, there are internal lubricants, such as higher alcohols, esters, and high carbonate metal salts; external lubricants such as paraffin, silicone oil, etc.; internal and external lubricants such as EBS, EBO, OA, SA, etc.
Generally speaking, the molecular structure of internal and external plastic lubricants contains long-chain non-polar groups such as C18 groups and polar groups such as
-OH. These two groups show different compatibility in different polymers, thus showing different internal and external lubrication effects. According to the principle of similar compatibility, polar group molecules are miscible with polar plastics (PVC, etc.), while non-polar groups and non-polar plastics (PE, PP, etc.) are miscible to achieve internal lubrication. Another part of the group plays an external lubrication role. Domestic products of this type mainly include stearic acid amide, N,N-ethylenedi (stearamide), and oleamide. There are more manufacturers, and EBS is the one with larger output. Lubricants with hydroxyl groups include ethylene bis castor oil alcohol amide, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-12-hydroxy stearic acid amide and so on. In addition to lubricating and demoulding effects, these products also have antistatic effects. Such products are still rare in China, and there is no literature report.

5 Conclusion: The
ratio of stearic acid and AEEA is 286×2:104, the antioxidant is A and C compound type, the addition amount is 1% of the total feeding amount, and it is protected with N2. The temperature rises at 10°C per hour at 130°C. And keep it at 200℃ for 2h to get HEEBS products. The product has good surface brightening and lubricating effects.
