Uses and application scope:
1. General dispersant, internal and external lubricant, brightener, smoothing agent, opening agent.
2. Thermoplastic lubricating mold release agent can improve the plumpness of the plastic surface. Smoothness makes the product Appearance color more uniform.
3. EBL dispersant is slightly alkaline. It can be used in PVC and other resins that easily decompose acidic substances to inhibit resin decomposition and prevent product discoloration.
EBL is a plastic lubricating dispersant superior to N,N-ethylenedi (stearamide). It has the unique properties of high melting point and low viscosity in the melt and good mobility. In the melt at high temperature, it is compatible with ABS, PS, PP, PC, PVC and other resins have excellent compatibility; it has strong affinity with pigments or fillers, and it is also a lubricating system in itself, which can reduce the bonding of resins and thermal mechanical parts; compared with EBS dispersants It has the following advantages:
1) Excellent whiteness, good transparency, which is conducive to accurate color matching, especially high standard color matching system;
2) Higher thermal stability, with a wider processing temperature allowable range during resin processing ;
3) It has a high affinity with resins and pigments.
Specification and packaging: particles/powder; double-layer packaging in woven bag lined with plastic bag; 25KGS/bag.
