Property:

This product is white, light yellow powder or particles. It has good solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. After heating, at least 10% is soluble in ethanol, 1,3-butanediol, cellosolve, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, benzene, xylene, kerosene, heptane Alkane, dimethylformamide, carbon tetrachloride, naphtha and a-pinene. Dissolve in 100g of solvent at 35°C: >20g in toluene, 12g in isopropanol, 4g in dichloroethane, and 3g in methyl ethyl ketone.

Uses:

This product is a synthetic wax. Used as lubricant, brightener, smoothing agent, anti-sticking agent and release agent in plastics, cellophane antistatic agent. This product is suitable for internal and external lubricants of ABS, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate and phenolic resin; especially suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene films. It can be used as pigment grinding agent and pigment dispersant, polyamide paraffin wax coupling agent. It can improve the compatibility and heat aging stability of polypropylene filled with talc. Melting point modifiers for other paraffin waxes and wax-resin blends and asphalt and tar.

This product has lubricity and can improve the performance of crayons, petroleum products, inks, asphalt, metals and textiles. As a mold release agent, it can be used for thermoplastic resins in injection molding. It can be used as defoamer and waterproof component in industry and household. As a corrosion inhibitor, it forms an adsorption film on the metal surface to protect the metal surface. It can also improve the compatibility of paraffin wax and resin, for example as a blending agent for floor wax and shoe polish. This product is used for bonding adhesive tapes, which can maintain smoothness and prevent adhesion. It can be used in paints, enamels, varnishes and natural paints to increase the chemical resistance of the paint. It is also used to produce oils and greases that improve friction properties, such as tractor lubricants and industrial greases. It is used as an intermediate for textile emulsifiers, softeners and durable waterproofing agents, and as a foam stabilizer for household detergents. This product can also be used as a defoamer for iron acetate black liquor treatment, fabric dyeing, and latex systems in the paper industry.

According to the regulations of the US Food and Drug Administration, this product can be used in food packaging materials.
